Bila dah tak ada idea untuk masak terpaksa lah rujuk pada bukumasak yang ada didalam simpanan....hihihi....Nur lihat ada resipi Chicken Chop with noodles tapi Nur tukar menjadi Cutlet with fries....ringan sedikit untuk makan tengah hari tadi. Anak-anak pun memang suka makan Cutlet Fries....so apa lagi kerja di dapur semakin senang dan ringkas dengan menu seperti ini.
Chicken Cutlets

200 gm chicken breast meat
some plain flour
egg white and breadcrumbs
Marinade

1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tbsp light soya sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp Lea & Perrin worcestershire sauce

1. Rinse chicken meat and pound into bigger slices using the back of
a cleaver. Trim away the fats, pat dry then mix in marinade.
Set in the fridge for about half an hour.
2. Coat the marinated meat with flour,
egg white and breadcrumbs respectively.
3. Heat up half of a pot of oil and deep-fry chicken over low heat
for 5 minutes. Then fry over medium heat for 1 minute. When the
surface turns golden brown, remove and drain.

Basic Coleslaw

½ cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon salt

1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.
2. Chill before serving.
